The longer the rental period, the lower the price. The 70 m flat is on the second floor with its own exterior staircase. The sunny bedroom has two windows (south and east-facing) overlooking a large lawn. The photos show the bedroom (with a built-in wardrobe), a bathroom, and an open-plan living/kitchen area.
