Wishing you a Happy New Year, we are now renting a new (6 year old) furnished, 4 bed 3 bath house with SOLAR and an attached two car garage. The property also features a front patio and a back yard with a patio/sitting area great for hosting a small gathering. The backyard is large enough to add a play area for the kids as well! We are also pets enthusiasts and they are more than welcome to stay. Please note that there may be additional fees for pets. We offer a fully furnished space upon request, but you're more than welcome to bring your own furniture if that is your preference. The house has an open kitchen with a view of the living room area, making it especially great for hosting get togethers as you can both prepare food and socialize with friends and family. The loft area is perfect as additional hosting space, but it can also be used for an at home office. Wifi (AT&T Fiber) comes with the property as do all utilities up to an agreed upon amount. The first two months of utilities are covered by us. HOA offers pool access for two facilities. You will also be located near the park which is great for playing sports among other outdoor activities. If you or anyone in your group drives an electric car and would like an electric charger installed, we will install one at no additional cost to you. About Valencia: This is a beautiful and clean city located in Los Angeles County, next door to Santa Clarita. Valencia is also known to be one of the safest cities in California, similar to Orange County. It also features some of the highest rated school districts, magic Mountain - only a 10 minute drive from the property, and plenty of shopping centers. You will love this city!! We cover the first two months of utilities. After the first two months we will assess the usage to determine a covered amount during your stay. Pets are welcome; no more than two. No smoking/drugs permitted. House is furnished, but you're more than welcome to bring your own furnishings. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A security deposit is required in addition to the first month of rent at signing and varies depending on the length of stay. Pets require an additional deposit of $250/pet and $100/month in rent.
