It is a shouse, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the living area. It has an open living room, dining room, and kitchen with a large island with room to sit at. There is a loft above the living area that is used for hobbies and a play room. In the shop there is a utility room with a 1/2 bath. The shop is heated and kept warm all winter with in floor heat we put down 2 inch foam insulation under the concrete. There is spray foam 2" thick in the shop walls and 4 inches thick around the living area. The entire shop is finished with steel and the ceiling is filled with 14 inches of fiberglass insulation with a vapor barrier.
