Just lived for two and half years, owners are moving out of town and would like to rent quickly. The owners are also very experienced landlords so you are guaranteed quick fixes if something breaks in the house. Great and new community with good schools as well. We do not allow pets in all our properties. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. New tenant(s) must be willing to submit to background, criminal and credit check and also provide three references and pay stuff for 2 consecutive pay periods. Tenant is responsible for their own utilities and maintaining the lawn/cutting the grass.
