There's one bedroom and full bathroom downstairs and 2 entertaining rooms. If you're tired of carting your laundry to a laundry mat, no worries; this house comes with a washer and dryer. The house boasts all wood floors and has a nice deck and rather large, flat fenced-in yard. Each bedroom rents for $375, but we do not match roommates-- come as a group. Landlord pays: Municipal, City and Trash if rent is paid before the 1st every month.PET POLICY - Each pet (maximum of 2 per household) must be applied for separately. Proof of up-to-date shots including rabies and proof of current flea prevention is mandatory as well as a picture of you with your pet.
