Country Club Homes is a lovely community of quaint cottages set in a placid park-like setting of ancient oak trees and rolling hills. Our neighbors are very friendly and we love our pets! Woof! Meow We are definitely Pet Friendly. We have an on-site community coin-operated laundry and we are located on one of the Raleigh Bus Lines. Security Deposit starts at $300 but could be as much as one full month's rent, as determined by the management based on the credit report and rental history of the applicant. We will consider a 6 months lease for an additional $75 per month premium. Along with a completed application, we require a combined non-refundable Application and Administration Fee of $100 and a $100 Holding Fee that is refunded if declined or forwards into part of the Security Deposit if approved.
