Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and children must always be under adult supervision. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fob incurs a $150 fee, and a lost parking pass is $250.
