Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and children must always be under the supervision of an adult. Smoking or vaping and illegal substances or activities are prohibited, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fobs incur a $150 fee, and lost parking passes incur a $250 fee.
