Spacious, big kitchen with loads of cabinet space, 2 living rooms, fireplace in second living room, huge front and back yard, walk in closets in master room and other bedroom, big tub in master bath. It is huge and lots of room. Hot water works better than great, ac and heating works wonderful which is electrical, no bugs or problems, all appliances works great and nothing broken. Persons wanting to take my lease over must be approved by rental company I rent from which is Pridgen enterprises located in Comer Ga and must go through rental process and meet all or most requirements for approval which is good credit score, proof of income(8 pay stubs) of double or triple amount of rent, deposit, rental references and renters insurance.
