New, clean home. We have enjoyed living here, we just want to move closer to work. There is good lighting everywhere. :) We installed a little storage room under the stairs (it's perfect for small animals and kids). We also installed shelving and a cabinet in the laundry room. The walk to the mailbox is nice and there are sidewalks. The home is located in a good school zone and near everything shopping wise. It's a great little location.
