Situated on Francktown Rd by Steeds Park. Home has a fenced in back yard with 2 sheds and a burn pit. home does have a pump area where a well use to be. I am not sure if it still is useable or not. Does need a roof on the home. I purchased a metal roof for the home just have not had the time or funds to have it put on the home. the roofing will come with the home along with anything else I had purchased for the home. The inside has some damage from the roof leaking but nothing that is not a simple fix (I'm still leaving in the home).
