Need to re-lease my bedroom apartment as Solhaus Apartments. It has two full size bedrooms and closests, however can't be considered as a 2 bed room legally because it has a frosted glass window instead of real window. Upside: A two bed room apt is the price of a 1 bed room apt. It has heated parking spot (additional 150$ a month). Cable and internet is included in rent as well as 42 inch flat screen TV! 2 spacious walk in closets one in each room. Super close to anything of UofM campus. A block and half from the metro. It has granite counter tops stainless steal appliances and in apartment washer and dryer. Two separate bathroom sinks with the whole industrial feel for the apartment. I am purchasing a house and need someone to take the rest of my lease by Jan 18. Can move in earlier if need to. I will be willing to move out as early as Dec 31. My lease will end August 31, so if you want something new by next school year you don't have to worry.
