You could park a very small car in the garage, but the driveway is best. The driveway could easily accommodate three cars: front to back and there is always parking off the street in front of the house. Being a small home, the utilities are very manageable. Up to two pets can be allowed with pet fee. The home was well loved for many years by my family and other renters. Hoping to find the right person/people to carry on that tradition.
