There are 8 large raised garden beds (3 of which are fenced off to keep curious pets out) to grow more than enough food. Front yard has almost no maintenance because of the cedar wood chips. The home is located in an area that makes getting to stores/tails/bus line and other amenities very easily. The garage/shop shows it's age, but is perfect for anything you want to stow away or be reinvented to what you want. The home is heated by a vent-free gas fireplace that can heat the whole house: located in the living room and electric wall heaters in the bedrooms. You could park a very small car in the garage, but the driveway is best. The driveway could easily accommodate three cars: front to back and there is always parking off the street in front of the house. Being a small home, the utilities are very manageable. Up to two pets can be allowed with pet fee. The home was well loved for many years by my family and other renters. Hoping to find the right person/people to carry on that tradition. Up to two pets allowed with a $100non-refundable fee for each pet. At the signing of the lease the estimated total of $5,600, which covers First/Last months rent and $1,000 security deposit. Initially the lease will be for 6 months. After the 6 months, either a month-to-month or another 6 months can be negotiated. I'm flexible and reasonable in working with people and their ever changing lives. Renters insurance is a must. Payments can either be through Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Check or Cash.
