Renter can change their name on light bill and pay directly or pay an additional $100.00 and the owner will keep light bill active and pay each month. There is a $200.00 non refundable deposit due at lease signing, this is no refundable to cover cleaning fees after the tenant moves out. No pets allowed and no smoking inside the unit. Tenant will be responsible for replacing or paying for any damaged or destroyed furnisher.
