I'm looking for a renter for the basement of my house. There are windows and natural light as it is walk-in from the back of the house. It's a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a bonus room as big as the bedroom. It's got a big living room plus storage. There's also a nice patio under the deck overlooking the creek at the back of the property. You would need to share the laundry room (in basement) and the kitchen (upstairs) with me. There is a 2nd full sized refrigerator in the basement. You can have an indoor cat, but no dogs. No smoking, vaping, etc. I'm asking $925 a month including ALL utilities (electric, gas, water), basic cable and high speed internet. I'm looking for someone who's responsible and trustworthy since I'll be sharing my home with them, and I have an indoor cat. ALL utilities (electric, gas, water), basic cable and high speed internet.
