We offer many in-unit amenities, wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, in-home laundry machines, a walk-in closet, a bedroom ceiling fan, closet shelving, faux wood blinds, mounted SMART TV in the living room, and under mount stainless steel sinks. Great community amenities which are not limited to: Resort-Style Swimming Pool with Cabanas, Outdoor Kitchen, dog park, Fitness Center with Weight Room & Cardio Machines, Club Room with Gaming Tables, Arcade & Hydration Station, Yoga Room/Multipurpose Room, On-Demand Fitness Classes, Small, Medium & Large Study Rooms, Starbucks Coffee Bar, Vending Machines, ATM, and Computer Lab. Utilities such as water and wifi are included in rent, except for electric which is billed separately. Rent and electric will be due the first of the month with a 5 day grace period. If you are bringing an animal there will be a non-refundable one time pet fee of $350, pet monthly rent is $20. Service animals/ESA pets are welcome! Included is a free exclusive parking pass for one vehicle which guarantees you a parking place. Parking is unassigned. We also offer plenty of visitor parking. We are a non-smoking facility. We provide a shuttle bus free of cost to and from UNCW multiple times throughout the day, 5 days a week.
