The large recreation room is finished with custom millwork, a full wood-burning brick fireplace and hearth that has a propane-fired gas log set. A pool table is included in the rec room.  From the rec room there is an access door to a finished office area with storage closets and space for exercise equipment. A utility room and workshop is an unfinished part of the lower level.
