Square footage was increased by taking in attic space in bedrooms and upstairs game room. 2014 kitchen was completely gutted and rebuilt with custom cabinets, paneled refrigerator and dishwasher, new appliances, with armoire featuring flat screen and more storage added. All tile floors were removed and replaced with 5" hand scraped Oak wood floors. Upstairs bath was gutted and tub was replaced with full shower with bench and built in shelf space with black and white tile, along with black stool. Full glass seamless doors were installed to replace aluminum. Outside driveway was added on along with additional parking space.
