I am needing a female to take over my lease at the Cottages of Boone. The room is move in ready and is available anytime. The room is in a house and is surrounded by some pretty great mountain views. You would have three other roommates; they are pretty cool people. They are are usually gone during the days and are pretty quiet and easy to get along with. The rent is 589 a month and is per person. It includes the cable, internet, and water. The expenses that are split is the electric bill(usually running 15 a month) and gas(25 a month). The actual room is not furnished, but the downstairs common area has a sofa and tv and the kitchen has all the appliances. The unit also has a washer and dryer. We don't have any pets at the moment, but the unit is pet friendly. As for the complex, there is a 24 hour clubhouse and gym(they offer several classes) and a pool/hot tub. It's a pretty great place, but I have to leave to be closer to home due to some family concerns and due to me going to a different college in Greensboro. Subleasing is very easy and painless. Also, the room has been cleaned and cleared out and is 100 percent move-in ready. Please let me know if you have any other questions so I can get this lease off my chest, I am desperate!
