This is a very nice home in a great neighborhood. Clean and convenient for shopping schools and travel. I'm advertising as a clean home that could use a coat of paint but I know people are looking for a deal and usually need something right away. I have replaced the decking and cleaned home and yard. We can negotiate price for painting if it's an issue. Please don't ask for an appointment until you have driven by the home. I won't waste your time and please be respectful of mine.
