Landscaping is still being worked. Grass is coming up nicely with a planter box up front with some small evergreens and a nice bush. The inside of the house has had a lot of work done to it. All the appliances were replaced in September of 06. The kitchen has been totally redone and opened up. The entire house was recarpeted in sept 06 as well. The garage has been insulated and drywalled. Its now nice and warm in the winter time and the electric opener makes it especially nice with keypad on the outside. I also had 220 added in for those with bigger air compressors. The downstairs has been finished to make it the master bath with its own bathroom. There are also two bedrooms upstairs. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room all had linileum to start with that i took out and put matching tile throughout. I also tiled the master suite with the same. The showers are completely tiled and gives it a really nice look. The only other thing that i am getting ready to do possibly is add a shower door to the downstairs instead of a hanging curtain. Neighborhood Description Neighborhood is up and coming. Many houses upgrading the appearances of there homes and property. Ogden is working with the neighborhood on cleaning it up as well.
