The bedroom has a closet and hangers. Bedroom has a full size bed, bookshelf with lots of books of all ages. The top of the headboard will be cleaned off with only stuff you wish to have on it. Shared kitchen, living room and backyard. The house is open concept for kitchen/living room. Kitchen has fridge, oven, microwave and a lot of other kitchen appliances. Living room has a 50" TV. Backyard is fenced in with a beautiful view of pond, wildlife, and sunset. Cat and dog (yorkie) already reside here and no other fur animals would be allowed. Both animals are very friendly and like attention. You would be able to park the car right in front of the house on the street. It has a large community pool you can use and it is a gated community. Available June 21st- August 31st
