Outside Balcony, convenient off-street parking, Pet Friendly. We do not have a swimming pool. Close to restaurants, shopping and the Hill Street Community Park and Playground is next door. Owner pays water and sewer. Power/electric and all other utilities are the responsibility of the renter. (2) pets maximum allowed with non-refundable pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. A $50 Community Fee is included in the monthly rent. Lease terms are 12 months lease, with a 60-day Notice to Vacate. (2) Vehicles allowed per unit.
