The living space is roomy with a step up eat-in kitchen, large living room, enclosed porch, 2 spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom there is plenty of room for everyone. Outside you will find a nice fire-pit area, a large storage shed and a nice sized lawn all with lake views. The main bedroom gets nice lake breezes and the enclosed porch is perfect for enjoying a morning cup coffee and watching sunsets. This price includes the 1/100 share in the Half Moon Beach Association valued at over $5.8 million. The Association fee is $1800 per year which includes taxes and maintenance. Dock or Moor your motorboat, leave your Kayaks or canoes on the holders at the beach, swim in the designated swimming area and enjoy our beautiful lake. This camp is coming furnished (dishes and all), so bring your toys, clothes and toothbrush. There is plenty of storage inside and out! Enjoy the swaying pine trees, smores at the fire pit, a morning stroll on the beach, a warm lake breezes, or a cool swim with all the comforts of home. There is plenty of parking as well and even a place to leave your boat trailer if needed. Association Dues, maintenance fees and taxes are $1800 annually.
