The main bedroom gets nice lake breezes and the enclosed porch is perfect for enjoying a morning cup coffee and watching sunsets. This price includes the 1/100 share in the Half Moon Beach Association valued at over $5.8 million. The Association fee is $1800 per year which includes taxes and maintenance. Dock or Moor your motorboat, leave your Kayaks or canoes on the holders at the beach, swim in the designated swimming area and enjoy our beautiful lake. This camp is coming furnished (dishes and all), so bring your toys, clothes and toothbrush. There is plenty of storage inside and out!
