Monthly cleaning by maid required, provided by the owner. 6 months lease minimum. Tenant must bag all trash and put in the bin (no more than 6 large trash bags) weekly for the trash removal. Turn off all fire/candles before leaving or sleeping (FIRE HAZARD) Cabin Rules: No Pets or Animals Allowed: Due to the owner's medical allergies, we have a strict no-pets policy. Please adhere to these times to allow us to properly prepare the cabin for the next guests. Respect the Neighbors: This cabin is in a peaceful, residential area. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially after 10:00 PM. No Parties or Events: We aim to provide a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not permitted. Cleanliness: Please leave the cabin as you found it. We ask that you clean up after yourself and dispose of trash properly. Damages: Any damages to the cabin or its contents should be reported immediately to the owner. Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay. Quiet Hours: To respect the tranquility of the area, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Fireplace & Fire Pit Use: Use the fireplace and fire pit responsibly. Do not leave fires unattended, and please follow all safety guidelines provided in the cabin.
