Monthly cleaning by maid required, provided by the owner. 6 months lease minimum. Tenant must bag all trash and put in the bin (no more than 6 large trash bags) weekly for the trash removal. Turn off all fire/candles before leaving or sleeping (FIRE HAZARD) Cabin Rules: No Pets or Animals Allowed: Due to the owner's medical allergies, we have a strict no-pets policy. No exceptions will be made. Please ensure that you adhere to this rule for the comfort and safety of everyone. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin.
