In process re-model, we planned to live in the house but had to move away for work and with no plans to return, sadly have to move on from this project. Updates Below: New roof and skylight, new HVAC, AC added, 3 new windows, all new floor joists in kitchen, new main beam in basement with permanent structural jacks, new stairs into basement, updated PVC sewer line started coming into the house, sewer to main line has been camera-ed and is clear with no breaks, new water meter, new electric panel, 50 amp service for camper hook up on back of house, framing was started. We also have the two vanities and the shower enclosure already purchased and in the house. Please note all tools have been removed and do not convey with the property.
