Private bedroom with a lot of space in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath. The bed in the room is queen-sized and there is a lot of space for any other amenities/furniture you may want to bring in with you. The room is directly next to the kitchen and on the opposite side of the unit from the other two bedrooms, so any noise coming from those two rooms/tenants isn't as noticeable. The room is the largest one in the unit with a spacious closet that can fit a large number of clothes and even suitcases. The bed, work desk, and dresser will all be left for you to freely use. The unit is on the 2nd floor and has wood flooring all around, apart from the main bathroom and the kitchen. Laundry is in-building and is just a quick trip down the stairs. EDIT: Zillow is not letting me upload photos for whatever reason so please contact me if you'd like photos or a video tour! No pets, no smoking in the building. Lease period from June to the end of August, so expecting 3 months of rent (1700 per month) + monthly utilities. If you need to move in earlier, I can accommodate you as early as May 20th, but I would only be expecting you to pay for June through August at the beginning of each month.

The roommate who will stay here is quiet and keeps to himself. The other roommate will be a subletter who I do not know but I can attest they will also likely be very courteous as my other roommate is going to be subletting to them.
