The house in front uses the front yard and driveway. The shed in back is shared by both houses. APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS: Living room = 13'4" x 13'2" Bedroom = 7'1" x 13'2" + 2'5" x 6'8" cut out This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge) will stay in the kitchen. Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
