Our homes are ideal for families, business professionals, and executives needing temporary housing. Whether you need a stay as short as one month or for an extended period, we've got you covered. Lease Terms: Flexible Stays: A minimum of 30 days, with the option for month-to-month extensions. After the initial 30-day stay, a 30-day notice to vacate is required. For Repair/Relocations: 14 day NTV. Utilities Included: The rent includes all utilities (water, garbage, sewage, electricity, gas, high-speed internet, and live TV options). Payment Terms: The first month's rent is due before move-in, with subsequent months payable in advance. If you need to extend, rent is prorated. This is an absolutely nonsmoking home. No smoking is allowed inside the home, on the patio, in the garage, or within 25 feet of the home. Fees: Rent is due one month in advance when signing the lease.
