Qualified co-signers must meet all screening criteria plus make three times the amount of rent. 9. An up-front payment of three month's rent (first, last, security deposit) is required by cashier's check or money order when signing a rental contract. 10. If additional time is needed to complete the application due to a disability, a reasonable accommodation will be made. 11.
