    What's special

    This property consists of three hundred acres of dry land farm ground,(Currently planted in winter wheat); with the balance cross fenced into pastureland. The Purgetoirre River runs through the property for about a mile providing habitat for deer, wild turkeys, bob cats and Antelope. Ducks,geese and coyotes and occasionaly mountain lion.There are underground pipelines furnishing water to some of the pasture. The river is flanked on one side by bluffs upon which can be found Indian Writings, dinosaur prints, fossils and fosilized waves.
