Hello, I am renting out 3 of my bedrooms in the house I am living in. All rooms come fully furnished with queen sized beds, dresser and closet. 2 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Spacious rooms as well as vaulted ceiling in the top floor bedroom. Other than my office and bedroom you are welcome to the entire house. It comes with a washer/dryer, full kitchen with plenty of counter space. Large dining room, living room and den with multiple tvs equipped with cable, Netflix, HBO and Amazon Prime and Wifi throughout the house. All utilities will be included in the rent (water, electricity, internet and streaming services) as well as a twice a month professional cleaning service. **I have 2 small lab dogs. As long as you keep your bedroom door shut they will stay out of your room but they will be in the common areas. Just a heads up if you are allergic to dogs. I will consider taking on other dogs and cats if there is a good fit.** I live in a quiet neighborhood in Anacostia that takes me 8 minutes to walk to the metro and a 15 minute walk to Navy Yard if you go around on the bridge. There is no metered or zoned parking in the streets so there is plenty of availability for parking. I am open to short-term and long-term contacts. Lets talk!
