We call Room B The "Mini Master" because it has a smaller full bathroom than Room A. Room B was completely refurbished this month with fresh paint, deep cleaning, refinishing the shower as well as a brand new mattress. Each bedroom is fully furnished and has a private mini fridge and microwave (or you can bring your own furniture - just let us know your preference) as well as a wall-mounted TV and and access to the house high-speed WiFi. There are no more than 2 bedrooms per 1 full bathroom, and rooms A & B each have their own private full bathroom. Each room is individually keyed and the exterior doors are keyless entry. Rent includes all utilities, WiFi internet, keyless access, Netflix account for the house, lawn maintenance, Private access to your room, shared access to common areas - kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry, cleaning in common areas, maintenance as needed. The house was completely rehabbed in 2020 and is well maintained. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. New HVAC installed in the main part of the house in Dec 2024. We can accept rent monthly for $800/month or weekly for $200/week. 2404 Edison is a 6-bedroom Rooming House (each room is rented separately).
