Wood stove included. The shed has a concrete floor with the original rafters and metal roof from 1953. The walls were replaced with heavy studs, aluminum siding, and metal doors in 1986. The open front porch measures 9& X 13&.The original drain fields were replaced around 1995. The deep well is approximately 300 feet deep and has always produces great water even in the driest summer weather (no water bill).The house sits on a quiet, secluded 2 acres with pine trees. It is minutes from I295 and I64.
