Featured in Macklemore's music video 'Next Year' and located in The Seattle Marina on North Lake Union, walkable to bars, restaurants, parks and transit. The houseboat comes fully furnished with all utilities included, one permitted parking space, a/c, and in-unit laundry. The space: Enjoy sweeping views of the Lake, University Bridge, Downtown and the Space Needle from the rooftop deck. The front patio offers a built in outdoor dining area with fire pit table. The open living room has a built in desk for office area and couch that doubles as a guest bed. The TV swings out from the wall to be viewed from the living room or from the bed. The kitchen has lots of hidden storage, eat up bar, and apartment (3/4) sized fridge/freezer and oven with stove top. Fully stocked with cooking appliances and utensils. The queen sized bed doubles as a walk in closet for additional storage. An easy lift from the hydraulic assisted bed frame exposes a full under bed closet and access to an additional 4x3ft storage area for gear and bins. The 3/4 bathroom contains additional storage, shower, sink, and toilet. The washer/dryer is an in unit combo machine that both washes and dries clothes. There is a combo electric heat and a/c unit which cools or heats the entire space but there is a back up diesel heater if desired. The Mariana has a parking lot controlled by permits. One permit comes with the rental and there is ample additional street parking for guests. The Marina also has two passcode entry bathrooms with showers for community use. Security. Parking lot is well lit and requires permits. Marina bathrooms, Amazon drop box, and piers controlled by passcode locks. House boat has front door lock with digital keypad.
