It was a blessing to have so many places that the kids could go to play and enjoy some alone time. This home offered us plenty of room no one ever felt on top of each other. (they have a large family). It was wonderful that our children could walk or ride bike to the middle school and the high school. Our Teens would also bike downtown or to the memorial park to meet friends or get treats from Pelican's. We love the safe quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors! A wonderful huge pool for parties for our kids friends, youth group, and club/activity get-togethers. The laundry bathroom was perfect for the hosting pool parties. The breezeway was great place for working out, playing games, and it was often used as a hang out area with people were using the pool. We loved the huge amount of land for the kids to dig and play! We had a gorgeous unobstructed view of the mountains from the formal living room, the dining room and the 2 front bedrooms. When the mountains were visible the kids would alway call us to look at them. The alley access provides access to the back of the yard and garage. with plenty of parking in the back besides the front of the house.
