I am moving out of the country and looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (a little over 6 months). You can renew the lease at the end if desired. If you're interested in any of the furniture or the TV, I am selling everything so I would be happy to have them remain if you'd like to purchase anything. I'm simply looking for a responsible tenant who is able to pay rent in a timely manner. Unit Description: The apartment is laid out well and has served as a great WFH base with a nook that perfectly fits a desk. The nook location creates a nice separation between your workspace and the bedroom/living area. The large storage closets, the walk-in bedroom closet, and the large kitchen cabinets provide ample space for all of your belongings. The bedroom easily fits a queen bed and nightstands on each side with plenty of room to spare. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan which I have really enjoyed. The oversized kitchen island is great for hosting and cooking prep. The full-size in-unit washer and dryer are new, work well, and are relatively quiet. The large windows in the living area and the bedroom provide great daylight and a lovely view into the cute courtyard outside. Roller shades create a nice luxury feel in lieu of the standard slat blinds. In the spring and summer, the trees directly outside the unit block the view from the units across the courtyard, which adds a nice level of privacy to the unit. There are two in-wall heaters with separate controls if needed, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. A big plus is that there are outlets EVERYWHERE, so you're never too far from being able to charge a device, and you can get creative with your furniture layout. Unit Location in Building: The unit is located on the fourth floor in the center of the main building. It has a convenient central location that puts you just thirty feet from the elevators and trash room. These are the elevators that will take you to the exercise room on the second floor, directly to the underground parking garage, and to the Level 7 rooftop amenity spaces, which is very convenient with how large the building is. Building Amenities: - Keyless fob door entry -Secure two-level underground parking garage -Indoor rooftop club & outdoor rooftop grill/firepit area with beautiful views of the Cascades, Mt. Rainier, the Olympics, and the Seattle skyline. -Spacious gym with a variety of weight machines, equipment, and workout accessories. -Large co-working spaces with private rooms -Game area/room with ping-pong, pool, shuffleboard -Bicycle Parking for an additional $15/month -24/7 on-site building security -Package delivery direct to your apartment door via Fetch Private access to Amazon Fresh grocery store located in the building, which has been a lifesaver Lease Takeover Term: 2/1/22 - 8/13/22 (move-in date flexible) Building: Jackson Apartments, 2401 S Jackson St, Seattle, WA 98144 Size: 843 SF Rent: $2,000/month (base rent is $2,259, but I am discounting it) Utilities: INCLUDED Lease application fee: $45 Fetch Package Delivery Fee: $12/month Garage Parking: Unassigned parking spot INCLUDED for first 3 months, then $200/month starting 5/14/22 if desired (currently an 80-person waitlist for parking)
