This 1100 sq ft studio apartment is the bottom floor of a townhouse. It's just a 5 minute drive to the lab and downtown and located on one of the nicest streets in Los Alamos. Cafe Sushi/Bob's BBQ/Urban Park are all within walking distance. There is a bus stop at the entrance to the neighborhood (buses come every 30 minutes, are free, and go everywhere in town - 8 min to the lab). The studio has a private entrance, is fully furnished, includes all utilities, high speed internet, and a kitchenette complete with an oven, range, and dishwasher. Private laundry unit is in the process of being installed. Rent is $1500/month (renter's insurance required). As shown in the pictures, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser and 2 nightstands, an office with a desk, couch, and color printer (not shown), and a living room with a large sectional and flat screen HD TV. Note the private entrance has steps as shown in the pictures. This studio is ideal for a single person or small family. Minimum lease period is 1 month; priority will be given to longer lease periods. We will consider a small dog that is house trained as there is a backyard. The backyard is a shared area (we are a scientist couple working at the lab and have two toddlers). The security deposit is refundable. A $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit is also required upon move-in. All utilities, cable and high speed internet are included
