Walk to the ICW and a quick bike ride to the ocean and Beaulineau's. This is a very, very quiet neighborhood with little to no weekly rentals. The neighborhood is fairly close knit and they watch out for one another. The house is a gem for the price, could make a great long term home for the right renter.This is a 1BR/1BA mobile home with a large room addition and a nice deck. (This is actually a 2BR but the bedrooms are TINY so we used the second bedroom as a closet). Very small fenced in back yard along with a small front yard. Home includes refrigerator, stove/oven and washer/dryer. Central heat and air along with alternate propane heat.HANDYMAN SPECIAL: This is an older home that could use some love and TLC. We are willing to trade some labor and all materials for any repairs or upgrades that we agree upon in writing in advance of any work. The unit it very livable now, but again, needs some love. It could use a fresh coat of paint, a good cleaning, the outside needs to be pressure washed, there are some fascia boards that need to be replaced, it needs a small piece of carpet replaced, could use someone to love the yard and maybe plant some flowers or a small garden. It has nice beds they just need to be spruced up.Rent is $500 and deposit is $500 with 1 year lease.
