The apartment has great lighting/windows, a private deck and extra storage in the basement for each apartment. This apartment is the only one in the building that has its own washer/dryer hookups in the apartment. We are currently repairing and painting the deck. There is a $35 monthly water fee to be paid with rent. The owner pays trash and sewer. CATS ONLY, with extra fees. NO DOGS, NO exceptions!
