Hello everyone, my name is Rodrigo and I have a room available to rent in a 4 bed 3 bath sized home. The room is located upstairs and is Bedroom #3 per the floorplan. The other rooms are currently being rented and I live in the home myself. We are all working professionals who know how to live with others and understand how to be an adult in a shared space. The home is in the new Campbell Place Townhome Community. I am charging $815 a month, plus utilities that are shared. There is a $815 security deposit that is refunded to you at the end of the lease. All the amenities are available to you in the home, kitchen, living room, washer dryer, pool, appliances and I also have ADT security that I cover myself. I will be requiring a phone screen for potential matches, a background check and credit score check. Everyone living here is very mild mannered, chill and easy to get along with. I am hoping to find someone of the same mindset who will fit right in. Thanks for your time and hope to hear from you soon. I am hoping to find someone for the long term rather than short. The interview and screening process is tedious. Unfortunately, I have had to evict a few individuals for their behavior, disrespect of the home and drinking habits. I will not tolerate any of that in my home. I will settle for a 6 month lease but hoping for at least 12.
