    Honestly, I love everything about this house! I grew up here and can truly say that this home and this exclusive section of Milford is a dream come true for any type of family. This property is located in the desirable, private Laurel Beach Association (LBA). The people here are friendly and respectful. LBA offers a clubhouse, affectionately known as "the Casino". This beautiful building offers a duck-pin bowling alley, table tennis, pool table and dance floor. It is open daily throughout the summer in the afternoon and evening for children and teenagers to socialize and enjoy refreshments from the snack bar. The social calendar of events is vast and enjoyable. A walk across the street provides 5 tennis courts, a half basketball court, and a baseball field. Stroll down your street to a stone boardwalk on one of the most beautiful beaches on Long Island Sound. The beach has soft sand with clean water with a sand base and is a hot spot all summer long for members of the association. If you love to swim, kayak, boat, Jet Ski, or just have a relaxing beach day, this is the place for you. LBA membership dues provide for lawns mowed, leaf and garden refuse pickup, and beach cleaning. This home was built in 1960 and kept up to date by our family.
