The tenant is responsible for the cleaning and laundry while renting. There is no "maid service" unless arrangements are made for special needs as a part of the rental agreement. There is one parking space for the tenant. Entrance to the living area is by an outside stair down to private entrance. The stairway is next to the renter's parking space.
Utilities are provided along with a WIFI connection. A large screen TV, washer and dryer are provided. The kitchen has the cold water line filtered. The bedroom , living area and kitchen are completely furnished. Towels and sheets are included. The bedroom and living room / kitchen combination are zone heated / cooled (living room and bedroom can have independent settings). Heat or cool mode is set for the season by owner / renter coordination.
The restrictions are no pets, no smoking, and no illegal drug use. The space cannot be sub-rented. The tenant is expected to maintain a quiet and clean living environment. There is not any space for storage of renter's furniture or household items should the renter need to store their personal property of this type.
The dwelling is available for at least one month. A lease for less than 6 months is $1250 / month. A lease for six months or more is $1100. Rent is due by the 5th day of each month.
There is a $200 cleaning fee at the time the tenant vacates the dwelling which is deducted from the deposit (if the cleaner charges less, the tenant is refunded the difference). A $500 deposit is required.
