I am very pleased with the neighborhood. There are kids of all ages in the area. During the day there is a lot of activity (kids playing) but at night it is pretty quiet. The kids walk approx. half a block the bus stop....I can watch from the front door and the bus stop to utilize public transportation is at the entrance to the subdivision. New outdoor a/c unit 2012, vinyl windows in 2013 and 2014 vinyl siding added and complete remodel of the bathroom, new roof (complete tear off) 5/2019
