1932 Bungalow built using locally harvested wood, which was sawn at old wood mill that used to be located behind the home, including white cedar joists and heart pine flooring. At the front of the house is an open front porch with reclaimed cedar decking. Inside is a living room that's the full width of the house and features a wood burning stove. A formal dining room connects the living room and kitchen, which has its own dining table. In the kitchen is a refrigerator, gas cooktop and electric oven. Next to the kitchen is a full bath, an office and stairs to a full size unfinished basement that has concrete floors. The main bedroom is located on the first floor as well. Off the kitchen is an enclosed back porch, which leads to a 30 sq. ft. deck and brick patio. Upstairs is where two more bedrooms are located, a full bath and a bonus/guest room.
