This 2-room setup is perfect for someone who works from home and wants to separate their work/personal life. Large Bedroom Details: - 12'x15' with 7'x2.5' closet - Unfurnished - Top Floor - 2 windows, north & east facing (lots of light!) - Share 1 bathroom with one clean man Office Space Details: - 12x9.4' with 3x2' closet - Unfurnished - 1 south-facing window House Details: - House is partially furnished, option to bring furniture with you - Mountain and downtown views - Brand new deck - Raised garden beds - Garage that is used for outdoor gear, skis and bikes - 2 story home with finished walk-out basement. - Plenty of room for gear storage (bikes, boards, skis, etc.) - Washer/Dryer in the house - No smoking/vaping, no partying - We split the utilities 3 ways, typically ends up around $100-160/person/month (including high-speed internet, no cable) - The house location is in the Barnum neighborhood. There is a bus line down the street, and is about a 20 min bike ride to downtown on quiet streets/bike paths. - Pets: we already have one dog in the home, so no pets please! - The house is well maintained and issues are taken care of asap! About your potential roommates: - 32 y.o. female and 29 y.o. male - We are looking for someone in their late 20's/early 30's - We balance our careers with outdoor fun - We live an active/healthy + outdoor lifestyle, hiking/backpacking, mtb, road riding, skiing, climbing, etc. - We are clean and upbeat. We're pretty quiet at home, while still being social, and noise has never been an issue Please note: We'll do FaceTime/Google Hangouts/Zoom meet + tours initially due to save time! 10 month lease with option to renew for a 1 year term
