We are two young professionals and we are looking for a 3rd young professional lady preferably in her late 20's early 30's to join us in our new home! We will be moving into a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house in Medford. The place has been totally renovated has brand new appliances, totally updated kitchen and bathrooms, new floors and is freshly painted. All of the bedrooms are VERY spacious! I've included just a few pictures of the place to give you an idea of what it looks like . About us- We both work full time and keep busy during the week between work and the gym. In our free time we enjoy cooking and keeping active, having an occasional cocktail and on weekends checking out new eats and hanging out in town. We aren't huge party people but still do enjoy going out and about on a Friday or Saturday night but we are never opposed to a relaxing evening on the couch with some netflix. Lastly, neither of us do drugs or smoke and we'd like to maintain our home as such :) What we are looking for in our Roomie- We want someone who is like minded, clean and responsible. All of us don't need to be best friends but we'd like to be able to get along, share a glass of wine (or beer) and hang out on occasion. And while we value each others company we'd also like to respect each others space and understand that sometimes you just want to veg out and hang out on your own.
