There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is very difficult to find and expensive. We have a few spaces that are 1 mile from the building. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high-top chair available upon request for $10 per night.
