The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and generous closet space. Other amenities include in-unit laundry and elegant tile bathrooms. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is very difficult to find and expensive. We have a few spaces that are 1 mile from the building. If you need parking, please let us know ahead of time. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests.
