This unit is a first floor (but does have stairs) and there are two other units in the building- an upstairs apartment with one occupant and a small commercial unit- also a single occupant. This unit is very spacious with closets and storage everywhere! There is a combo washer and dryer in the basement for this units use only. (There is another set for the upstairs tenant.) The rent is $1500 and includes cold water and sewer. Tenants pay the heat and hot water (oil), electricity and their other personal expenses... OR... The owner will include the heat and hot water for $1800 a month. Tenant would still pay their own electricity and other expenses. Note: the owner prefers the tenant pays their own fuel, so $1800 is an inflated amount to be sure all oil costs are covered. This is a very easy unit to heat with the furnaces below providing radiant heat. Snow removal is done amongst the tenants. Here is what is required to move in: Great references, clean background and good credit (650's or greater). There is a $35 application fee per adult applicant after we have met in person and you decide you would like to apply.
