I am selling 14 acres of vacant unkempt land in order to purchase a mobile home to replace my damaged house. My asking price is $100,000 but I am open to negotiate. The land has a lot of thin trees, bushes, and shrubs that have grown up over the years so it will take a little work to clear it out. Water does build up in one spot near the road that drains out but it can be fixed by applying gravel or you can make it into a pond if you wish.
